He will recommend an action plan formalised through proposed terms of reference and also determine the levels of reciprocal responsibility. This manager will serve as your personal point of contact, in charge of managing the assignment under the supervision of one of our partners.

A follow-up procedure is implemented for all assignments. It may include periodic reports and, if required by your company, an end of assignment report describing the work undertaken and the results obtained. When necessary, it includes an analysis of the current organisation and recommends constructive improvements.
